Background
The fact that we as human beings and society experience increasingly increased levels of stress and mental ill health is no news, and we at Mana are no exception. With backgrounds in entrepreneurship and elite athletes for over 10 years, we were familiar with concepts such as performance anxiety, constant stress and a feeling that they were no longer in control of their own time and priorities.
When we discovered cold baths and cold exposure, we immediately realized how much potential this natural therapy had on our health and our mental well -being. This led to us starting to explore our own ways to implement this routine in our everyday lives, to live a happier and healthier life.
The result
During these years of being deeply involved in the health and wellness industry, we understood the growing market for cold baths and all studies that clearly show all the fantastic physical and mental effects that the cold water has.
We decided to bring our strength together and create the ultimate cold bath, for anyone who wants to implement cold baths in their lives and in their homes.
The result was Mana, a company with the vision to supply private individuals with powerful ice baths of outstanding quality, comfort and design.
