Refund policy

We have 30 days of return policy, which means you have 30 days to request return from the time you received the article.

If you are to be entitled to return, the article must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with all the notes left and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or purchase document.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping note and instructions on how and where to send the package. Articles that are sent back to us without returning have first been requested not accepted.

Injuries and problems
Check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the article is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong article so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/articles without return
Some types of articles may not be returned, such as fresh produce (for example, food, flowers or plants), adapted products (for example, special orders or personalized articles) and self -care products (for example, beauty products). We also do not accept returns of dangerous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Contact us if you have any questions about or problems with a particular article.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale articles or gift cards.

Replacements
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the article you have, and when the return has been approved to buy the new article separately.

Regret deadline of 14 days in the EU
If commodities are delivered in the EU, you have despite the above right to regret or return the order within 14 days, without any special reasons. As above, the article must be in the same condition in which you got it, unused, with all the notes left and in their original packaging. You must also have the receipt or purchase document.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and checked the return, and whether that repayment is approved or not. If the repayment is approved, it is automatically made to the original payment method within 10 working days. Remember that it may take a while before the bank or credit card company has processed the return so that it is visible to you.
