Cancellation policy

Some articles in the store can be offered as a subscription, a pre -order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel this type of purchase.

 

Subscriptions

When you buy a subscription, you get repeated deliveries. They are based on how long the subscription is and what frequency of deliveries you choose. Your payment information is stored safely and you are charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period. If you do not want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change the subscription, you can do so at any time. The emails with order confirmation contain links to your order. From there you can handle the subscription. Pre -orders

When you buy something on pre -order, you buy a product that is out of stock or soon available but that is not yet in stock. Upon payment, we may not charge anything or just a sub -amount, but saves your payment method and charges the entire or the remaining amount at a later date after distribution. You can cancel a partly paid pre -order that has not yet been distributed. If the order has been distributed, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund.
