Pre-order campaign
Terms of purchase
Please make sure you have read and understood all the terms and conditions written here before placing your pre-order.
Pre-order from batch 2 is limited to 20 units, unless otherwise stated later. After these devices are ordered, Mana can no longer guarantee that pre-ordering is possible.
Units ordered via pre-order are not immediately available for delivery. Estimated delivery time for pre-ordered units is about 2-3 months, but we reserve the right to deliver no later than 6 months after your order is placed.
In case of pre-order, a full prepayment of 10% is required: 8 490 SEK. The remaining 90% needs to be paid before delivery.
When placing a pre-order, you will be required to provide information such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept up to date. Mana Labs AB shall have no liability for incorrect information or information that later becomes undated and shall have no obligation to make any effort to ascertain correct contact or delivery information. You can update your information at any time before your item is shipped by sending an email to hello@visitmana.com

1. Secure your device with a deposit
Pay 10% today (8 490 SEK) to secure your Mana 1.0
2. Your device is manufactured
Your unit enters our next round and starts manufacturing. Delivery time about 2-3 months.
3. Confirmation of delivery date
We will notify you when it starts to approach and confirm delivery date
4th. The remaining payment is made
You pay the remaining 90% only after you have received a confirmed delivery date, you can also choose to split this payment with Klarna.
5. Your device is delivered
Your Mana 1.0 is delivered to your home and you are ready to start driving world-class cold baths!
Payment
You will be charged the 10% deposit at the time of your pre-order. All pre-orders are processed through Shopify's payment platform.
To take part in the pre-order promotion, the deposit fee must be paid in full by card. The Klarna installment service can only be used to pay the remaining 90% of the total amount. The deposit cannot be paid in part via Klarna.

Accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Klarna, PayPal, and others made available by Shopify. Your pre-order constitutes your explicit consent to the charging of your specified payment method at that time.
The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes and other government fees, which are your responsibility.
Cancellation
Cancellation of orders is not permitted once the pre-ordered device has been shipped and paid for, nor can it be exchanged for other tools/items or services provided. All pre-orders made are considered sold units at their full price (84,900 SEK).
Estimated Shipping
The delivery is based on the delivery schedule of our selected courier. The expected delivery date for units ordered via pre-order will be clearly stated on the product page and in your order confirmation receipt. Such date is an estimate only and is subject to delays in manufacturing or delivery. Although we expect delivery to the estimated date, we cannot guarantee this.
In the event that a delay occurs and the estimated delivery is not fulfilled, Mana Labs AB is not responsible for any damages, losses or costs that may arise due to the delay (technical problems of the shipping company, natural disasters, customs clearance, etc.), nor shall it be obliged, except as set out in these terms and conditions, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to such delays.
The products will be shipped in the order in which your pre-order is received by the company.
Once the products have landed and are received by our team, we will send out instructions for payment of the remaining 90% amount (76 410 SEK). Once this payment is submitted, we will immediately pack your order and schedule it for delivery. In case of lost items during transport, we will refund in full the amount paid by you.
Non-transferable
Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders placed must be sent directly to the person and address specified in the pre-order. We will not accept such requests to protect the privacy and security of our customers.

Guarantee
Mana Labs AB (also referred to as “Mana”) warrants to the original consumer that the products and components are free from defects in materials and workmanship within the period specified below.
1-year shell structure - Your Mana 1.0 is guaranteed against water loss due to defects in the bath shell, blisters, cracks or delamination of the inner surface of the bath shell due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the original date of purchase.
1-year equipment and control — Specifically pumps, heaters and control systems — guaranteed against malfunctions due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the original date of purchase.
1-Year Plumbing Components - Plumbing components are guaranteed against leaks due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the original date of purchase.
The factory-installed water treatment system is guaranteed against malfunctions due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the original date of purchase. All factory-installed components not specifically mentioned, including but not limited to the frame, jets, diversion valves, lighting systems, filter shield, filter caps and mechanical components are warranted against malfunction due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the original date of purchase.
This limited warranty is void if Mana Labs AB or its designated representative determines that the cold bath has been subject to damage or failure due to assembly/installation of parts that are not genuine MANA-branded parts and accessories. This disclaimer includes, but is not limited to, filters, UV-C lamps, ozone systems, repair parts and other accessories. Mana brand parts and accessories are built to our highest standards of quality, durability and performance, and they are designed to work with your device to ensure optimum performance and function.
What we do
At its sole discretion, Mana shall provide free replacement of any defective product or component that has been installed and used within the specified warranty period. In the event that repair or replacement is not possible, Mana may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for returning the product. Please note that spare parts may not be identical to the original ones, and their availability may be subject to change. These actions are the only options available to you.
What you need to do
To make a warranty claim for a product, you must contact the dealer or distributor from whom you purchased the device. Attach the original sales receipt as proof of purchase and a written description of the defect. If you purchased the product directly from the Manas website, you can contact us by email or online. Please be sure to include your order number and purchase date when contacting us.

To obtain service in the event of a defect covered by this limited warranty, please contact us as soon as possible and use all reasonable means to protect the cold bath from further damage. After proof of purchase is presented, a designated service representative will handle the matter in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty. No cost will be charged for parts or labor to repair defects, however it is your responsibility as the owner of the unit to provide access to enable the repair.
You may need to pay reasonable repair fees for travel. In the event that the cold bath is moved to a repair facility for repair and reinstalled, the cost of removal and reinstallation will be your responsibility as MANA owner. The manufacturer or distributor reserves the right, at its option, to either repair or replace a component, and if it chooses to provide a replacement bath, it will be as valuable as the original Mana bath. In such a case, reasonable costs for removal of the original Mana bath, shipping costs from the factory for replacement, and delivery and installation costs will be your responsibility as Mana owner. The replacement unit will carry the remainder of the original device's warranty. Bath covers are not included.
Warranty Limitations
This limited warranty is void if: the unit is used in a commercial setting, the manufacturer or its designated representative determines that the cold bath has been subject to alteration, neglect, misuse, or shipping damage caused by the carrier; any repairs have been attempted by anyone other than a designated representative; or if the defect has been caused by accident, or other causes beyond the manufacturer's control. Neglect and misuse includes any installation, operation or maintenance of the cold bath other than in accordance with the instructions in the owner's manual accompanying the cold bath, including but not limited to failure to maintain proper water chemistry and chemical balance and the use of harmful or faulty cleaning agents or inauthentic parts and accessories.
This limited warranty does not cover the insulating bath cover, any item attached to or installed on the Mana bath after the date of manufacture, or to access any component for repair or replacement. Mana baths used in commercial environments are exempt from any warranty protection whatsoever.
The owner of the device accepts responsibility for repair work performed by someone other than the Manufacturer or an appointed MANA representative.
Limitations of implied warranties
This limited warranty supersedes all other warranties, express or implied, actual or statutory. All warranty service must be performed by the manufacturer or its designated representative using authorized MANA parts.
No agent, dealer, distributor, service company or other party has the right to modify, modify or extend the terms of this limited warranty. The manufacturer is not responsible for any statements or representations made in any form that go beyond, are broader than, or are inconsistent with authorized specifications provided by Mana.
Disclaimers
THE MANUFACTURER AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ACCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, and shall not be liable for any damage, loss or expense, whether incidental or consequential, arising out of any defect covered by this limited warranty, including without limitation, loss of use of the Mana bath and cost of removal of defective product even if the Manufacturer was advised of the risk of damage and water damage. The manufacturer's liability under this limited warranty, if any, shall not exceed the original amount paid for the defective product.
Coverage under this Limited Warranty shall commence from the original date of purchase and the duration of such coverage shall under no circumstances extend beyond the specified time periods. These disclaimers shall apply equally to all services provided by the Manufacturer and its designated representatives.
Legal rights
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. There are no warranties applicable to MANA products except as expressly stated herein or implied by applicable state laws.
Returns & Refunds
At Mana, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with our products. If you need to return a cold bath, please read our refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
In order for a return to be approved, the cold bath must be in its original, unused condition. This means that the cold bath must not have been used, tried or exposed to anything that could affect its condition and function. If the cold bath has been used, regardless of the extent, the return cannot be authorised.
Return Fee
A 15% return fee will be applied to all returned products. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing, inspection, testing and recertification of returned goods.
Return shipping
Customers bear the cost of the return shipping. Make sure the item is returned in its original packaging. The original packaging helps protect the product during transport and ensures that it arrives unharmed.
Return process
Please contact our customer support team to initiate a return. Our team will provide you with instructions for the return process.
Pack the item securely: Pack the item in its original packaging or in a suitable alternative to ensure it arrives unharmed.
Send the return: Send the return package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Inspection and Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. It may take 7-10 business days from receipt of the returned shipment before the refund can be processed.
Refund Notice: You will receive an email once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-refundable items: Some items may not be eligible for a refund, such as items damaged due to improper use or items that are not in original condition.
Contact Us: If you have any questions or need further assistance regarding our refund policy, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team.
Complaints
Upon delivery, you as a customer should inspect the item and ensure that it does not have visible transportation damage or other significant physical defects. In case of any defects, please email us at hello@visitmana.com and attach pictures/video that clearly show the defects as well as information about when it was discovered.
If you have notified us of the error within two months of discovering the error, your complaint will always be deemed to have been submitted within a reasonable period of time. If a complaint is not made within a reasonable time from the time the defect was discovered, or should have been discovered, and at the latest within three years and two months from the date of receipt of the goods, you lose the right to make any penalties under the Consumer Purchase Act applicable to us.
After that, we will contact you by phone and/or email and start investigating what happened. In the first instance, we will fix the problem if it is covered by the warranty of the product in question. This can be in the form of us sending out a brand new item, individual spare parts, or sending out repairers. In some cases, we may also compensate you as a customer in the form of a refund.
In case of an approved complaint, a refund will be made within 30 days after we receive the goods in return. Refunds are made to the same account as the original payment.
If the consumer discovers an error just before three years have elapsed, the consumer has an additional two months to make a complaint. The right of complaint is not affected by any warranty. A product may have a warranty of one year, but the consumer still has the right to complain about the goods for three years.We, as a seller, bear any costs in case of an approved complaint.
Complaints are made to Nobelvägen 147C, 212 15 Malmö, but only after a decision has been made that the complaint in question has been accepted by us and that an on-site action is not appropriate.
